RULES OF THE VILLA JASZCZURÓWKA
The regulations define the conditions of stay, booking and rental between the Owner of Willa
Jaszczurówka and the Lessor (guests of the facility)
§ 1. Booking rules
Reservations are made initially by sending an application to the following address:
bielskimichal@interia.pl or by phone to 515 914 289, providing the landlord’s details, number of
guests and the date of stay.
After receiving the initial confirmation of the reservation, the Lessor is obliged to do so within 2 days
making an advance payment to the Owner’s account number in Millennium Bank: 30 1160 2202 0000

Making a reservation and making a deposit is tantamount to accepting the provisions
of these Regulations by the Lessor. At the time of booking
and a 30% advance payment is made, the lease agreement is considered concluded.
In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the advance payment is not refundable.
§ 2. Payment rules:
Payment for the stay, reduced by the amount of the advance payment and a returnable deposit, is
required on the Owner’s account at the latest upon arrival (it is allowed to pay in cash on the spot)
A returnable deposit in the amount of PLN 1000 is returned within 2 working days after checking out
and checking the house by the cleaning service.
In the event of a change of the reservation date by the Lessor or a complete resignation from the
stay for reasons beyond the Owner’s control, the down payment is not refundable.
The price of the stay does not include a resort tax in the amount of PLN 2 per person for each day of
stay.
§ 3. Accommodation and check-out:
The hotel day starts at: 15:00 (arrival) and ends at: 10:00 (departure).
Check-in takes place on the day of arrival. Check out takes place at home in the presence of the
Owner or an authorized person.
The landlord checks the house within an hour after his arrival, i.e. checks all devices, e.g. furniture,
windows, shower cubicle. In the event of noticing any damage or destruction, he is obliged to report
them immediately to the Owner.
The landlord is obliged to maintain and return the house in the same condition, in particular to leave
the dishes and kitchen utensils washed before leaving. The possible cost of cleaning the house is PLN
500, which may be deducted from the deposit left.
If the declared number of guests using the house is exceeded, the Owner has the right to
immediately terminate the contract with any consequences without the obligation to return the
payment.
§ 4. Safety and residence rules:
All formalities related to check-in and settlement of the stay should be settled on the day of
arrival. Ignorance of the regulations does not exempt from the obligation to comply with them.
There is a curfew in the facility from 22.00 in the evening to 6.00 in the morning.
Smoking and the use of open fire is strictly forbidden in the facility. It is forbidden to: light the
fireplace, bring into the house flammable materials and explosives with an unpleasant smell. At
home, you must not use any instruments or apparatus powered by electricity or gas, not being the
equipment of these rooms and which may create a fire hazard (e.g. heaters, gas burners) ). In the
event of a serious breach of the Regulations, the Owner is entitled to unilaterally shorten the Lessor’s
stay and order him to immediately leave the facility. In the event of shortening the stay on the above
terms, the fee for the stay is not refundable.
The landlord is financially responsible for damages caused by his fault in the house during his stay. He
agrees that any repairs of damage, supplementing gaps in equipment or removing faults will be made
at his expense (it is possible to settle the deposit).
§ 5. Final provisions:
By making a reservation, the Lessor agrees to the processing of personal data only for the purpose of
making the reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of
the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data. The person making the reservation
has the right to access and update their personal data.
The house rental agreement does not include: travel, meals and organization of the time of stay. The
owner is not responsible for any temporary inconvenience caused by independent suppliers, e.g.
temporary lack of water or electricity. We accept pets provided that this fact is reported in advance
when booking and that they will not threaten or disturb people living nearby. Any damage caused by
animals is borne by the Lessor. Any disputes will be settled amicably, and in the event of a
misunderstanding, the competent court will be the court competent for the seat of the Owner.
The house is rented to our guests in its entirety – only for exclusive use.
The rental price includes: Internet access, TV, coated linen, towel sets, kitchen equipment, free
parking at the backyard.
